Dear players, how many of you are having the same problems? When i post positive reviews everything is ok but when i post any complaint or review it gets removed. This is clearly not for the players and clearly askgamblers wants to avoid bad reviews or complaints against casinos like slotjoint where j have problems. This is pure BS and a dictatorship. I even have proof in my email and text message regarding my problems with slotjoint but askgamblers still removes my review and complaint. This happens too often so yeah i'm off. This is clealy a dictatorship. When posting complaints about casino's that dont have askgamblers as an affliate there is never a problem.

We actually have TONS of negative reviews you've only got to browse through our casinos to see them and same goes for complaints.

 

I'd imagine your review did not mean our guidelines and that's why it was removed. This really isn't my area of expertise here so I'll just leave this one for Valdes to give you a better explanation.

Will be as brief and eloquent as possible as your comments couldn't be further from the truth. 

 

Your so called 'reviews' were removed due to blatant violations of the AskGamblers Posting Guidelines. 

 

Your complaint has been rejected due to unjustified accusations and statements not supported by ANY real evidence. 

 

Furthermore, we have hundreds of reviewers and complainants on a monthly basis and you must be really blind to miss that fact. 

 

And so, don't flatter yourself by considering your persona as some sort of a 'dictatorship' victim, but learn to follow the rules.  :fool:

Sorry dont know what kind of problem you have with SlotJoint casino but this guys are very decent if not one of the best casinos online i have played and it really shocking to see someone having some issues with them  :rolleyes: 

 

As for Askgamblers site you are very wrong,they have plenty of complaints and if it well deserved it will be published and as Guru said if you folow their rules you shouldnt have any problems,dont see any reason why they will deny your  complaints must be something you are writing or something....

When I get an email notification that a new user review has been posted does that get sent before they get rejected?

Yes, the notification email is being sent immediately after a review/post/complaint meeting your notification preferences has been posted. 

 

Although we aim to review the posted content as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, sometimes there might be situations with a slight delay due to weekends, etc.
