Finished wager two days after and ended up with 800 euro. I lowrolled all the time and played 3 diff slots only. (Book of dead, cash stampede and spinata grande) these games was allowed to play with bonus money. I dont have more then one account or someone else with my ip adress.. read their bonus terms and all that...Been playing online casinos for years so I never do any of these common misstakes u read so often about. I never cashed out but yesterday I see that my account has been locked. Been trying to contact their live chat but its been closed since yesterday and still no answer on my email. Does anybody have experience from this casino? The page looks ok and serious .Just thought since its so new not alot ppl has tried it. Ps. Live chat isn't 24/7 like you said I'd keep logging in to try and catch it open, probably the best way to find the answers you need. My instant answer would have been duplicate account found or like you said same IP. This happened to me at NextCasino, duplicate IP address and just locked it without telling me but if you say there definitely isn't cant really think of another reason why. And yes, we don;'t have this casino yet so you wouldn't be able to use our complaint service. I'd really just bide your time and keep checking for a live chat agent available. Personally I do not have any issue with them, cashing out was not a problem and mostly processed within 3 hours. Since Jokercasino is not in the list here, I recommend to file a complaint via MGA, explain them what happened and if possible with as many evidence as possible. They never got my first email I sent them and since the live chat was offline I didnt get in touch with them as fast as I wanted. I sent the mail from their site and in the future I will always send from my own email instead so this wont hqppen. However they answered my second email within hours. The reason my acc was locked was because I logged in from another IP adress. I suspect it might be because I used a flash based browser on my phone also.. My account was opened again after I received the email and support was helpful and nice. My docs was accepted same day and money on bank day after. Im happy everything worked out and it was just bad communication. I rly like casino sites that states the rtp on play n go slots and jokercasino does this. Been recieving 20 free spins every week after my deposit aswell. My only complaint is that their live chat was never opened for 2 days. If it was this post would never been posted and the problem would be solved in a minute. That's really great news thanks for updating us. The IP thing used to happen to me all the time at VideoSlots whenever I logged in to a flash browser on my iPad they'd always lock my account.
