alvbettor
The Celtic casino stop paying my withdrawals, I have a balance of almost 15k GBP the equivalent of 20k usd! It has been more than 120 days since they stop paying me. After 7 unanswered mails, on September 1st I received an email saying that my account was being thoroughly investigated, since that day I haven't received any communication from them and they have not answered nor explain the details I have sent more than 12 unanswered mails since then Every bet I made, every hand I played was made fair and square I haven't done anything wrong nor violated any rule listed in their site! After many weeks they have not even accuse me or signal what they think I did wrong or what rule did they think I broke has celtic stolen any money from you? has celtic stolen any money from anyone whom you know? do you(or anyone you know), know the contact info, for whichever “governmental agency(ies)” regulate online casinos which are located in costa rica? do you(or anyone whom you know), know of any entity(ies) which may potentially be able to help me to get my money back, which celtic has STOLEN? do you(or anyone trusty whom you know), know of any good lawyer in costa rica? This casino is a scam Do not use it!
cocopop3011
Hi and welcome to the forum I've read your post but before you can start calling the casino a 'scam' I think you should really tell us a bit more about the issue. You say they've stopped paying you? As in they were paying instalments you mean It's not really clear what exactly has happened. They have live chat, are they not able to give you any answers? What exactly is the reason for them not paying you? You can also submit a complain through AG but you'd need to give a better explanation than the one above. pinnit2015
Had a chuckle - the words regulate and Coata Rica used in the same sentence. Even if someone here knew Ally McBeal i doubt you'd have much luck given the non existent licensing regime. If you've been waiting since September it's highly unlikely you're getting anything. For some of these operators it doesn't matter if you've not breached T's and C's - if they don't want to pay you, they won't. And there's very little you can do about it. IF they are indeed a rogue the only way to stop these less than scrupulous casino's is to cut off the money to them. Sadly though, players are always going to take a chance based on their 4000 % bonus offers. And so the cycle continues frankel
LeoDubbed
This casino has changed since I signed up there many years ago, not in a good way that is. It looked like they've been downgraded. Licences are not visible, if they had any, live chat support mostly not avaliable. Surely I'm glad I followed my gut not to make a deposit there. I do hope you'll get your money though but based on the things I mentioned above, I'm afraid I'm with pinnit2015 on this one. Best of luck mate.
