Why are Casinos Now Acceping Klarna?

Urgh!!!

 

Now I'm not sure if Klarna is just a UK thing or worldwide but here in the UK it's a fairly new way of paying for your goods. For those who haven't heard of it some sites will now let you "Try before you buy". You put your your purchase through using Klarna as the payment method you then get 30 days to pay Klarna or return the goods. You can pay in full or I also believe Klarna allow you to slice the payment with some interest added on. 

 

For purchasing goods it's a good idea I guess but there'll always be people who don't pay!!

 

Now I have just stumbled across a new casino I seen Klarna as the payment method    Whhhhyyyy!!!!! For those who struggle with keeping gambling under control this stupid way of depositing is just going to help fund what could be an addiction and it could mean they won't have the funds to pay it back!

 

I'm not going to mention the casino because I actually can't find any info about Klarna on their site but it's definitely there as a payment method. Just asking for trouble if you ask me. 

 

Rant over anyway guys, just wondered if anyone had seen this and also wondering if this Klarna is worldwide too or just here in the UK?

Klarna?  Oh geees...I've never heard of it. I thought you were talking about karma... 

 

Well, like I've said before in my other post...casinos do not care about what can happen to us gamblers...they don't blardy care at all!  All they want is to get our money, by any CONVENIENT method possible...the more convenient, the better for them!

 

These horrible casino guys are probably thinking 'it's your money...how you spend it is your problem...how you control your spending is your problem...if you cannot settle what you have spent is your problem! Our problem is HOW TO GET your damn money!!!'

I just checked and Klarna is also avaliable here in the netherlands but it's only avaliable for online shopping. Well, you can try to deposit with this methode and if you are not satisfied, well, just ask your money back :D

Up until today I've known it's available for shopping until I stumbled across a casino also offering it as a deposit method!!

Never heard about Klarna before, but honestly, it sounds like the next 'hook' for so many problem gamblers, especially within UK where I dare to say the number of addicted gamblers is probably the highest across all Europe...
