Thanks again Joreels Team I dont know is it me or maybe every gambler but if i am told that i will have a gift from some casino specially from their casino rep i expect that to be honored,so if their casino rep lies for this thing imagine what could happened if some problem and how or if that casino representative would help?? i honestly dont think so but this guys come from MT Secure Trade group of casino and thats why i decided to make this topic. So i asked live support whats going on with my gift and got answer i will be notified the minute they will have any update from their relevant department. I got message few days ago saying this: Hello Katerina, Please note that we have gotten an update about this for you now. After the responsible department has checked your account, they have found out that you are not from an eligible country and therefore we will not be able to add the free spins to your account. OMG at first i start laughing i have never ever experienced such an answer as this one,first you have a gift from us and then your country is not eligible for gift?? and whats more hilarious i have received several times free spins from them,i wonder how i was eligible for them?? I agree with Leo I have to be honest they should have given you a bonus instead!! But the lack of communication would instantly put me off and such response would concern me when it came to an issue let's say with a future withdrawal.
