Huge problems with Evolution Gaming blackjack

Recommended Posts

hi

I hope its not against the rules to post a youtube link here:

In this video you can see the evidence for my complains.

1) rarely you got no buttons on evolution gaming BJ tables to make a decision

2) often the score is shown incorrect that also can lead to players making the wrong decisions

Unfortunatly Evolution and the Casions dont care about this at all. I myself coplained several times getting the same response every time: there is nothing wrong according to our gaming logs.

I also know many more people who had the same issues they also got the same response. All fine error must be on your site.

Hi Gambledor, sorry I am late replying on this one.

Just watched the video and I'm not a blackjack player so would be great if you could clarify some things.

1. The wrong score - Is it just showing the wrong score but actually calculates the right score at the end?

2. Missing buttons - As in you can decide whether to deal or stick?

What I can't get my head around is if this was something that is happening all the time, surely, surely the casino (William Hill) and both Evolution Gaming would be flooded with complaints?

Like I said I'm not a BJ player so apologies if anything I have written is correct but would be great if you could jump in with further clarification.

And I know er have BJ players here, so if anyone else is able to offer their opinions on this one please feel free to jump in.

I have played online live black jack a few times myself but that was years ago. In my experience, most of the times it went smoothly but in a rare occassion it lagged for a couple of seconds. Most of the times it's indeed the connection between gaming provider and your home internet. This happened occassionally on slots games. Sometimes it could take a few seconds more for to receive the result of the spin. The lagging could be the reason why you didn't get the option buttons. Keep in mind that online live black jack is timed. Each hand has a duration lets say 30 seconds and if your connection lagged too long, there's no time for the buttons to appear anymore. That's my theory of this issue.

1. yes in the end it calculates correct you jsut get shown the wrong score

2. the missing buttons leads to you timing out: this means you make no decision at all. so you stand. I think this issue is not an internet connection issue but a real bug. I think it only occures if you play 3 boxes and the error is always on the first box.

This issue doesnt only happend to me but to 2 friends of mine as well. they dont get many complains becasue most people play only one boy maybe. It also happens rarely but is still super annoying, even i its just happening every 200hands then playing 3 boxes at once at the same table.

by the way it turned out that the problem is way bigger. by now i had even more issues with evolution gaming black jack. watch this for more details:

the first bug could have been cause of my internet connection but the second one definatly has nothing to do with my connection as the mistake persists as long as you stay at the table.

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

As far as I can see you are complaining from a software vendor who is in fact duly licensed in not one, but several different licensing jurisdictions such as MGA, UKGC, AGCC as well as Curacao. It has also been duly tested by testing agencies such as   NMi Gaming - world's largest gaming authority.

So, in light of the above mentioned, have you ever bothered submitting official complaint with any of these regulatory bodies/agencies?

If Yes, then what did they reply?
