Have you spoken to live chat to see if your documents have been verified yet? And also did you play with a bonus? Your first withdrawal will always take longer and since its a big they will undertake some checks on your gameplay before processing your withdrawal. However, there is still an acceptable timeframe for this.

 

First find out if your documents have been approved yet.
