Simmospurs
Hi I'm new here and I'm in a bit of a pickle I joined grand ivy and deposited which included the match bonus. I wagered my winnings 35 times and won £1600. I waited the 2 days to withdraw it but now they have denied it as ive breached their rules they are saying that i wasn't allowed to play more than £5 at a time on bonus rounds! I didn't know this and I feel I should have been told clearly. Where soon stand with this please if anyone knows.

Ooops...so sorry to say...but once you have breached the casino's max bet rule, then there can be no ground for you to stand on, even if you didn't know of this rule in the first instance. Numerous other players have already been caught in this 'trap' and lost thousands of dollars. The best hope is to get back your deposit amount from the casino, but that too would depend on the casino's discretion. Fiekie247

cocopop3011
Simmospurs - I knew even before I finished reading your post what you was going to say I'm afraid what the advice you have already been given is spot on and there is nothing more I can add to it. LeoDubbed
Yup, if you're a newbie to online casino, you might as well bend over and get ready to get kicked by the casino when playing with bonuses.
