Can i reclaim a welcome offer if i reopened a new account?

Hi new member here. I closed some accounts in past since wasnt sure ill gamble again. However ive started gambling for fun again and love the askgambler offers by emails. My question is since i closed accounts with some sites and took no deposit bonus if i re-register am i allowed to claim offers again like a new customer or would it be classed as a duplicate account and i have to re-open my closed accounts instead? Any welcome package offer, including any no-deposit offer, are restricted to only one account - one account is restricted to one IP, email, or home address, unless a written permission from the casino has duly been given to open a second account.

 

Re-activating a previously closed account can be done by writing in to the casino requesting for it's reactivation. In some cases, a new account may be allowed to be opened if the old records cannot be found in the casino's data bank, and in some cases too, any welcome package may be allowed to be taken again.

 

Opening a new account at any casino with a previously closed account would be making a duplicate account, and this is prohibited.

 

Everything is straightforward here...so the best thing for you to do Kingraj, is to contact the casino and get assistance on reactivating your closed account, or requesting to open a new one.
