As you all probably know I am a fan of EGT games. Played their games a lot in the past months and I still love them.

However, today I am kinda disappointed with BetChan casino.

I made my first deposit of the day and automatically they added the monday reload bonus of 50%. I open an EGT game and start playing, I won big and switched to another game. Played almost 300 spins and suddenly out of nowhere the game disconnected me from playing, I had no other choice than close the game and open it again. Then there it was, the message I didn't expect to see on this game. Playing with an active bonus money is no longer allowed on all EGT games. I feel sad reading this message and I had no other choice than to play other games which I end up with zero balance. I am pretty sure I would won big time if this didn't happened.

 

Long story short ; bonus money is a no no to EGT games.

I've spoken with live chat about it and the changes were made by the gaming provider itself but I had hard time believing it because I've always managed to play EGT games with bonus money. It is probably because all EGT games are jackpot games and BetChan and it's sisters are not allowing bonus money to be played on jackpot games. I think it's the casino that changed the rules. I had no problem playing jackpot games with bonus money at other casinos.

I know the feeling and how it feels like when your favorite slot provider disables you from playing and there's no other way to wager using any other bonus. Mate, your case was not that difficult compared to what happened to me when majority of the slot provider and casino backout as a part of UIGEA of 2006. I think they just moderated the EGT games, do you find a way to play it so using a bonus?

That is so disheartening to know Leo mate...

Just when you're having a wonderful time with EGT games, something has to happen to spoil it all...

but as you probably know, this is not uncommon at all...at any casino...with any game provider. 

 

The casino reports to the game provider...the game provider makes the necessary changes...it's hardly ever a one-sided affair mate.

 

Once you start winning too often on any particular software...on any particular games...then you can be sure that someone in the casino would take notice and report it...to end it all for you! Money business makes no friends!!!
