cocopop3011
No, it probably wouldn't make a difference to how long the player has to wait, it would just be good practice in terms of customer service. It's happened to me several times and I always expect a response that contains at least the three following points: 1) a satisfactory explanation for the delay 2) an accurate timescale for payment and 3) an apology. It's not going to make the money show up any quicker but it might help the casino to save face in terms of their customer service delivery. Well, dear Coco. I think it does matter to a lot of players. I've seen many posts from players about delayed payments, asking why. If you used to fast payments and suddenly it took way longer than you used to then you will start wondering why the delay. I think explainations will give players a piece of mind. After all, human kind is a curious kind. Imagine if your withdrawals always processed within 2 days and your next withdrawal is still pending for a week, you might wondering if something went wrong. I hear what you're saying guys, I guess we're all different. Customer service is key to me and of course you both are right. However I really couldn't even be bothered to read an explanation after I'd received my money. Just me of course. catapultaudio

cocopop3011
Not even if you were considering playing there again? I probably couldn't give an honest answer unless I was in the situation, but I'd imagine I'd think no - they're reasons behind paying me slow wouldn't matter because I doubt I'd consider playing there again. catapultaudio
Jockey2015
Well, let met share this with you all This is what happened to me : I became a member of a casino, send my documents, got them verified, made my first deposit, played with joy, got lucky, request my first withdrawal, paid within 30 minutes. This went on for weeks or 6 and then something went off. I got lucky and requested a withdrawal, it was pending for 6 hours and I asked live chat regarding this matter, I was told to be patience because they are doing what they can to process them asap. I waited for another 6 hours but still not get paid, asked live chat again and I was told the same thing 6 hours ago so I waited another 3 hours and still not get paid, asked live chat again but this time the person wasn't very friendly and my problem was not resolved. I decided to sent them an email, email sent, they replied and apologized 5 hours later, an hour after I get paid. All and all, I had to wait 19 hours to get paid, fast cashout? it's kinda slow for a lightning fast cashout casino. My next withdrawals after this 'issue' went smoothly and I was glad. Then, two days ago I got lucky again, requested a few withdrawals with a total almost 1K. I expected the money to be in my account within 1 hour or maybe 2 but no, I had to wait in total of 40 hours to get paid, asked them several times for the reason of the uphold, I got vague aswers and they won't give me another reason. I understand if they need to investigate my case but to be honest, there's nothing to investigate on because I didn't play with bonus money and I only played slots games, so cheating is impossible. 40 hours for a lightning fast cashout casino to process my withdrawals. I sent them an email about this and he replied kinda blunt and probably suggesting me to close my account. Apparently he/she was kinda upset that I kept sending them emails but I had no choice. Instead of offering me a freebie and apologize, they suggested to close my account. Am I overreacted or did I the right thing? Its all about patience every time and another thing that would help with things is the reviews need to be updated on here constantly I've wandered into casino's armed with information which was inaccurate information or played at "top" casino's which had maximum cashouts per week of 2 grand I mean come on . I wouldn't think it's a 'top' casino. What if you hit the jackpot of a million, it would take ages to receive the whole amount. If it was a maximum daily cashout, I would understand but weekly is just plain bad. catapultaudio

LeoDubbed
I am sorry maybe other players are not so curious but I am will expect from you to whisper me the name of the casino you had an issue for the fast payment There were a couple players who curious about the name but I don't think it matter . I surely can say that we had another contact via email and they were wondering why I didn't play there anymore. I explained to them one more time, they apologize and offered me a 150% deposit bonus but I declined because I won't give them my money again. I decided to give them another chance if they were willing to give me a freebie as token of good faith to start a clean slate. A few minutes later I got an email from the casino saying that there were free spins waiting in my account. I checked my account and I got 15 free spins on a game with 9 paylines, those spins has a total worth of €1,35. To me, that kinda token is not worth of giving them another chance so I forfeit the bonus. I am (was) a VIP member, I spend more than €2000 in one month on their casino and they simply threw this kinda shenanigan to my face. They knew I was a regular depositor and I haven't play at their casino since the 'issue' occurred. At other casinos, they would easily give me at least 50 free spins worth of €100 if I made at least €599 deposit.

Afi4wins
Basically, for me, I can only accept 4-5 days for a payment to be made from Playtech casinos. This 4-5 day time frame is standard for almost all Playtech casinos, so I just have to accept them. For other casinos, I'd give them 1-2 days max if over the weekend, otherwise, 1 day only. Any longer time frame than 1 day...those casinos are out of my playing list. No questions asked, no excuses taken. Simple and clear for me.
