So here is what happened with the first Bonus offer I choose from the site. It was Betfair and 4 offers are available for me in Austria all shown here as expiring Jan2018. So registered, made first deposit and then... Anyone any experiences or thoughts? EDIT Sorry attachments showing in wrong order. Second image is first in conversation. Here is the bonus page - just let me know which one you used. I have to be honest though I don't see how lice chat couldn't help, we can't add the bonus for you all I can do is check if it is valid and you can go back to live chat with my findings. Any idea what that "since you have signed up through www AskGamblers com I cannot garentee that we can add a welcome bonus"? Seems strange, no? Anyway thanks for getting on it. He apologised for the situation and although they could not add a welcome bonus he did add a cash credit to my account of over 50% my initial deposit. I can no longer call this a complaint as I considered the issue very well managed. The phone call, honestly would have been enough for me, the cash credit is a bonus.
