dl5181
Have made first withdrawal from Casumo who have cancelled the withdrawal (no doubt hoping I lose it) and asking for ID which I can just about accept. I have sent a copy of my card and utility bill but they also want passport or driving licence which I have neither. When I emailed them I was told 'you have won enough to buy some new ID' what sort of response is that? And what is the solution? You don't just buy a driving licence or passport, I don't want or need either of those. Any ideas where to go from here?
ValDes
Hi there @dl5181 and welcome to AskGamblers. I know exactly how frustrating could be waiting for your account to be verified right after a huge win, but in the interest of fair play must remind you about the following. Upon registering at the aforementioned casino operator you agreed and accepted their Terms & Conditions. Once accepted, these terms must be followed. One of these terms is actually saying: 5.4. The payment managers employed by Casumo will carry out additional verification procedures for any pay-out exceeding the equivalent of 1000 Euro / GBP or cumulative withdrawals exceeding 2300 Euro / GBP (or their equivalent under the operational currency), and we further reserve the right to carry out such verification procedures also in case of lower pay-outs. Such verifications may include but shall not be limited to, copies of a player’s passport, national Identity Card, copies of a player’s utility bills, and/or copies of the credit/debit cards used to make deposits. In other words, you must do what the casino team advised and provide the requested paperwork, simple and clear. Hope this helps, but in case you need further assistance, please let us know. Hi dl5181 As Valdes mentioned this is part of their terms and conditions and if you did receive that response it is very unprofessional. However my partner was once in the same situation a few years ago he had neither a passport or drivers license so he had to apply and pay for a citizen card which he now uses for his ID. Obviously this depends on which country you are from, you'd need to check which other forms of Government Issued Cards your country has as they are the only other form of acceptable ID. If you plan on making withdrawals at any casino it is an absolute must that you have photographic ID and one that is an acceptable form by the casino. If you don't plan on getting one then you may as well kiss goodbye to any withdrawals i'm afraid.
Alex-Casumo
dl5181, ValDes and cocopop3011 are completely right about T&C. Nevertheless you can DM your username or email at Casumo to check with my colleagues one more time. Cheers, cocopop3011
Mobcasinos
I agree with Cocopop the it is a very rude replied message to you. Going back to the topic Casumo has it's terms and condition which we agree upon signing up with them. They have the right to ask for more ID and right to verify everything you submit.
