Future155
I deposited $500 and was given a 450% bonus. I far exceeded all the bonus stipulations and made a chat inquiry about making a withdrawal. At first i was told i still had 15000 to playthrough after checking my account and seeing i met the required playthrough i was then told i didn't have enough in my account. The bonus was 2250. I was gona request a 2000 withdrawal and was told i had to get my account above 2250 to have anything to withdrawal. I guess my question is am i fighting a losing battle and need to just write this off as a learning experience into online gambling. Tia for your help Melisa123
Afi4wins
Hi there Future155 and welcome to Askgamblers. Firstly, most casinos have the same rule that bonus money cannot be withdrawn and shall be removed upon making a withdrawal claim. In your case, 2250 was the bonus amount you had received, so that amount is not withdrawable. Any amount above 2250 becomes your cash money and can be withdrawn. Secondly, upon making your withdrawal claim, the casino management may need you to submit your identification documents for verification purposes. This process may take only minutes to approve, or even up to several days, depending on which casino it is. Thirdly, after your documents have been approved, the casino management will scrutinise your game play for any break of the rules, such as betting above the allowed maximum bet size, which is usually 7.50 and below bet per spin for slot games. If everything is in order, only then will your withdrawal claim be processed, which again may take a few minutes to several week or months, depending on which casino it is. Since you have 2000 balance now, you have to carry on playing and try to reach your withdrawal target above that 2250 amount. To break even, you need to reach 2750, to get your 500 back. Hope that is all clear for you. Good luck! ValDes, Raptordinos and cocopop3011
raverbabe
Hi there, Which casino is this? I absolutely hate this type of bonus, and thankfully i dont come come across them too often now as they are really quite rare amongst UK licensed casinos. I'm shocked to hear Afi say his experience is that "most" bonuses work this way! By the sounds of it though that is exactly what is happening here, the bonus amount you received was none withdrawable so you really need to go for broke now and try and get yourself a withdrawable balance - if this is a trustworthy casino that explained this bonus clearly in their terms then you will be paid if you manage to get lucky. I would be tempted to start firing some big bets on slots, perhaps $4-$6 per spin, and pray to the lord for a decent bonus round. If you pick a game that is capable of paying a few hundred times your stake or more and hit something good on a $6 bet then you stand a good chance of making a profit. I just pray you don't lose it all trying, as that would definitely be heartbreaking

I'm shocked to hear Afi say his experience is that "most" bonuses work this way! I'm quite surprised that you haven't actually come across much of such non-withdrawable bonuses. I would think about 90% of casino bonuses are of the non-withdrawable kind, with only a very few that do allow it to be withdrawn. My two favourite Playtech casinos do allow bonuses to be withdrawn, and that is why those 2 have become my current favourites. Most other Playtech casinos, even Omni and Fly Casinos, would remove them upon a withdrawal claim, and I don't like that at all. Who would right? And as far as all my other casinos go, all bonuses would be removed upon withdrawal!

soveu47
I guess. Pretty sad isnt it Hi Count yourself lucky that you stopped playing with CC if you check their representation on AG you will see that they have been going down hill. I will say that I use to play with them and I use to be happy with them. But after being given a bonus to play in which I met their play through I have been waiting since 11/24/2016 to get my withdrawal and this is why they lost me as an customer you can find my complaint on AG. The only thing I can advise you of is if you continue to play on any online casino with their bonus always go to chat and ask them what are the play through rules I do this everytime since I do not like playing with their bonuses. I prefer their no restriction bonuses because there are no restrictions other than they will take the non cashable bonus out of your winnings.
