Wintingo casino won't pay up

Won my money over 6 weeks ago and the verifaction process has been a nightmare over 100 emails sent resent withdrawal after withdrawal sent back now they've frozen my winnings and won't pay me the last chore I got off them was to go to bank get a letter of list or stolen card confirmation In writing what a joke to anyone out there mood not deposit with Wintingo you will never see your winnings

This is really brief, could you give us some more information as to why they've frozen your winnings, you may be able to submit a complaint.

They say I have I'd discrepancies and cause I used my sons card to deposit with he is classed as a third party and they haven't frozen my account they have taken away my winnings which was 3350us they have known since day one I used my sons card they asked for authority letter from my son and a copy of his id and letter from bank proving card was in his name provided all this the last part of verifaction was another letter stating from the bank that the card I used of my sons was no longer in use I have been in contact with them and actually spoke to someone who helped me a little each time I tried to withdrawal they kept asking for more and more documents I don't understand it plus I've been looking at reviews of wintingo customers and all of them say they don't like paying out and good luck if you get anything this exchanging of emails has gone on for over 6 weeks there has only been two accounts including my sons so I don't know where they class my son as a third party he is no random

To be honest I have never seen a case end well where a player has used a third party card to make the deposit, it always causes a problem. So what document exactly are they asking for now? I haven't checked their terms but is it a breach using a third party card to deposit?

They said they wanted a letter from bank in writing saying the card which I deposited in with I didn't win the money with that rad of my sons I did some deposit ages ago I told them from day one I used his card then when I threatens to contact the gaming and liquor they said they would process my withdrawal but they had sent it back to my account know why would they ask for my sons details I have sent them through my id and many other forms of id they wanted another letter from the bank they wanted it in writing confirming the card was no longer in use why didn't they say something then just as I got everything they wanted they say this

I have contacted the casino again tonight and they are now saying if I get a letter from bank stating card numbers for me and my partner cause we have a joint account and prove it they will reinstate my winnings I'm sure this is just another thing they got me doing to decline me again but my partner heard the women (valentine) say once I give that letter they will give back my winnings .

Casino won't pay my winnings to me as I used my partners card but we have a joint account they asked me for authorisation from my partner and asked for many documents of personal id the last thing they said to me a women named valentine was to get a letter from bank stating the cards are contacted to the same account now they are saying because I won the money on my partners card they have taken away my winnings you said I would have a complaint that you would help me with well they've done it again

Sincerely hope you could go through WinTingo Terms one more time and pay special attention to the quoted rule below. Keep in mind that you accepted and agreed on these terms, meaning you should follow then afterwards. 

 

 

1.2.1.5. are the true and lawful owner of the monies that you wager at the Casino. If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account may be suspended. Where an account is suspended, You should contact Customer Support for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card;
