Bizzness
Its recently come to my attention that the downloaded version of All Slots Casino has an issue. Well it does for me, and i want to know what i can do about it. As someone who has spent $65,000.00 AUD with all slots and the VIP Lounge Casino (Jackpot Factory) id expect they would have some answers for me and be on to this problem. My issue is that when i download the casino and install it, the file name is casino.exe and the publisher is unknown when it should say somethinf along the lines of allslots.exe and publisber microgaming as it shows on there website.. now my PC is virus/malware free and im 100% sure it is. Now i have contacted the company for some answers amd am not getting much of a response. Pls can someone tell me what i shouod do! Ive tried uninstalling and re downloading and its still the same. I want answers or reimbursement for a percentage of what ive spent using the downloaded software. Can someone pla help me out here so i can get the answers i need. Screenshots, sent emails all for proof backed up. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!

raverbabe
Ummm, okay, this is pretty confusing ? You feel aggrieved to the point of expecting compensation on the grounds that the installed executable file does not have the correct metadata embedded in it? Why is this a problem to you? What effect has this had on your gaming experience? And why exactly do you feel that you s hould receive a percentage of your deposits back? Also, where are you looking at the publisher details? Are you referring to the "UAC" notice that appears when you first run the installer? If so then this really is completely ridiculous, as long as you got that file from a trustworthy source - IE the casinos own website - then why does it matter if the on-screen details are slightly incorrect? I assume the casino still installs and plays correctly as you say you have spent $65k with them? I don't want to sound like a d*ck, but is this really just a case of gamers regret ....? The software issuer is in fact duly stated as expected and it is Microgaming. Welcome to AskGamblers though.
