You mean the jackpot wheel right? Flatzem sorry to disappoint but some people will do hundreds of thousands of spin and still not get this! So your mediocre 4553 spins really isn't that many in an attempt to re-trigger this jackpot feature. Chances are you'll never get the jackpot feature again... but who knows you could even get it in your next spin!

As for your question, I'm afraid what Afi said in his point above is totally correct as the outcome of each and every spin you make with this game, including those triggering the jackpot wheel, are controlled by the Microgaming Random Number Generator /RNG/. Meaning, it's totally random and it could take thousands or even tens of thousands spins to get there OR trigger it more than once in just a couple of spins...
