hi all has anyone else played the new slingo slot and got the bonus?

i have had the bonus twice now and both times the bonus winnings were not multiplied by the selected multiplier.

 

also has anyone had an issue with any slot and managed to get a response from any of the bear group casinos ie: spingenie  slingo bgt and pocket fruity

Have you contacted the casino where you were playing the game to see what they say?

Yes I have been trying that the point of the second part of the op I have tried their live chat several times all week and every time it says 1 waiting then the bot kicks me out saying please leave a message and we will get back to you which they don't. Also have tried at least 100 times to call on the phone at different times of day most time it says all operators are busy and ends the call or says please hold while we transfer then after some music back to all busy and ends call
