Does anyone know where I can find an Internet/cyber cafe Wich has river sweepstakes so I can fund my account? I've searched high and low online and no results. I'm located on southern California in the city of Chino. I heard there is one in upland but cannot locate it either.

I've personally never heard of river sweepstakes - so this is a form of payment method I assume?

I have never heard of SweepStakes either but i suppose its gambling related like Keno and Video poker?

 

Or do you want to use it to fund online casino's?
