I've never played this game, but before I can check it I'm not quite sure what you thought you should have won?

 

Is there any chance you could explain it a bit better?

ive just woj free spins and its landed at a time when i habe a few 5 of a kind and won total of $7

so the enduuring section thats got 60 cents should be $7 as thats what i won so every square box that appears during free spins gets me $7 a box and can habe more than 2+ just during 1'spin....

 

induring should not be 60cents should be $7

I need to know did the elk land on the top or middle or bottom row? My guess is that the Elk landed on the top row which resulted in a $0.60 enduring win, as Payline 2 and 8 would each reward $0.30 which result in the $0.60 enduring win.

 

As per screenshot below you can see that 3 of a kind of that chick rewards x 15 your bet line which is at $0.02 as you place bets of $0.20 which will be $$0.60 and 5 of kind will reward 150 x $0.02 = $3.00

 

So to sum it all up

 

Enduring win :

- $0.02 x 15 = $0.30 x 2 ( paylines  2 & 8 ) = $0.60 - The Elk Substituted in these wins if landed on top row.

 

The additional $6.60 that was won where the elk did not substitue:

- 5 of a kind of the chicks which was be generated on payline 1 and 4.

- 150 x $0.02 = $3 x 2 ( Paylines 1 & 4) = $6.00

- 15 x $0.02 = $0.30 x 2 ( Paylines 6 &10) = $0.60

 

Which gives a total of $6.60 - This is where the Elk did not substitute in any of the wins generated on payline 1, 4, 6 and 10 if it landed on the top row

 

Now if you dispute what i am saying, then you need screenshots for evidence to back it up, if you claim that the elk landed on the middle or bottom row. Because from what i am seeing in your screenshots, this is the only combination/conclusion that makes sense

The enduring win is calculated in every combo where the white ELK SUBSTITUTED . so if you had 5 of kind but the ELK was not part of the 5 of kind win, which in this case i think it was not, then it does not get counted. I'm sure it landed at the top row.

 

Also look at Line 3 in your screenshot with the rules and i quote:

" The total value of all wins that ELK substitutes is the initial Enduring Win".

 

So sorry but i think this game is right and there is no flaw here, unless you can remember or proof it landed on the middle or bottom row. I suggest you contact the casino with the relevant game ID or the NextGen themselves.

ive had the game during free spins when the deer stops and looks at a tree if lands, but few times doesnt do that but my win/credit gets added.

kinda makes you wonder if its stable.

 

there been a time after free spins at the end bonus when the trees come flying down and stop and a prev tree from free spins or round 2 of the bonus which the tree doesnt move and gets stuck there till nexr spins is completed. if you get what i mean.

Glad you understand this and the issue is resolved.

 

With games we always think something is happening and things never pan out from what we know. I mean i am not perfect, i question a lot of things, but in the end the game is right.
