Rainbet.US Issues

I just had my account permanently banned on Rainbet.US for Slot Exploit. What does that even mean? I created an account on 10/19, despots around $4000 and started to win big. Was up over $90,000 on slots at one point, and cashed out $37,000. I played again the next day and won a $30,000 grand on a $6 bet. I tried pulling out another $10,000 for a total of $47,000. I was KYC verified and everything and as the delay became longer, I tasked support what was going on. They told me that the game provider was running a standard check. I woke up this morning to an account I wasn't able to log into and when I asked the support email, they told me I was banned for good because of a slot exploit. I asked for further details and nothing. I have 0 idea what that even is, I didn't do anything wrong.....any advice?

@vincentobarber Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Unfair as this may sound, but casinos do not like players that win big amounts in such a short time - these kind of players are considered 'high risk' players and the casino may block, ban or even close the player's account!

However, this may or may not be your case, but 'slot exploit' may indeed mean such a situation.

You can try and file a complaint against the casino by using our AGCCS facility (click on the 'COMPLAINTS' button at the top of the screen) and hope for the best.

what an unfortunate situation. Can you share more details on which slot did you play on and won the 30k USD? Rainbet is quite large casino so I dont think they are throwing those accusations without a reason.

@kuff Yeah, so I was playing Fireball Dino Inferno by Netgaming when I won the $30,000 and then I was playing Egypt Power 1000 by 3 Oaks when I won the biggest amounts on day 1. I was playing a lot of different games in that session though, but I had a $47K win on the 3 Oaks game and a $30,000 win on the Netgaming one...I have attached screenshots of the info, I am still listed under Lucky Wins. I am MoralBacon.
