Stake refuse to let me withdraw my fairly won money on sportsbetting

I can understand how stressful it must be to get no clear explanation from support. As far as I know, Stake is a reputable and trustworthy casino. I don't think they look for excuses to avoid paying out. I’ve never made a deposit at this casino, but I won €100 using a no-deposit bonus. The casino paid me without even asking for verification or documents.

I have submitted level 2 verification but stake doesnt want to reply me back on support i've been waiting for over 1 hour.

Never been busy like this before .. they just don't want to reply thats all this is so disgusting how they are treating people
