I'm having troubles at BETAT Casino

Hi All,

 

First let me tell you that BETAT casino is a superb casino with a nice customer service, and I really enjoy playing there.

And the problem is mostly my fault: I made a new personal email-account and totally forgot about my old email-account, which I had used to make an account at BETAT.

So I made an account with BETAT with my new email not remembering that I already had a account at BETAT (dumb I new, but honest mistake).

 

Now when I noticed that I already made an account I immediately contacted BETAT and came to an agreement that the older account would be closed.

Now offcourse I win with the new account and during the withdrawal they righteous say that I have two accounts, but they say that both account are still open...

I stupidly have no hard proof of the correspondence I have had (only vague a name), and now I'm afraid I will lose all the money.

 

Do you guys have any recommendation to what I can do or is it just wait and hope for the best result?

Indeed, BetAT is a superb casino without any doubt. And honest and fair operator as well. 

 

Having in mind the above, I hope you don't mind if I quote some of their terms referring to your case and which you agreed and accepted upon registering in the casino. 

 

 

 

5.9 In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of BETAT Casino. BETAT Casino may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person.

 

 

 

10.2 As outlined in Term 5.9, each user is allowed to open only one account in one’s own name. Use of more than one account per physical user is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is considered an act of fraud.

 

In the event that BETAT Casino suspect multiple registered accounts are linked to the same user, whether in his own name or different names, BETAT Casino will, without delay, permanently close all of the user’s accounts and withhold any winnings made through real money or bonus money gameplay. BETAT Casino will cancel all the transactions pertaining to any such user who acted with the intent of defrauding or cheating the Casino.

 

Furthermore, BETAT Casino will block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution should any evidence of multi-accounting arise. This behavior shall be officially treated as fraud and the Account Holder may be prosecuted in the courts of law. 

 

Creating multiple accounts, regardless intentionally or not, is in fact irrelevant in this particular case and brings all the aforementioned consequences. In short, I am not an optimist for your winnings.

Of course Valdes is right, but IMO if you have already had a discussion with live chat upon realising you had a second account and they informed you they would close one so you can continue playing then they should indeed have a record of this,

 

Conversations will be recorded and IMO if live chat had already given you permission to continue playing then they shouldn't really be raising this as an issue when it comes to withdrawal. 

 

Have you asked them to check their live chat logs for this conversation?

Well I confessed to my mistake immediately  and from the reaction I received I thought I was good for future play but apparently not. I just got my deposit back so I guess my winnings are gone  was quite a lot of money for me...

It's all about not what you know but what you can prove if you have evidence screen shots etc you have a shot in the dark general rule of thumb 

never multi account not even for a party joke they have guys checkin things that use to do it for a livin.

In future whenever you have a conversation with live chat get a copy of the transcript sent to your email. I always do this and keep for future reference.
