Hook Casino – Verified account, €3,011 balance withheld, withdrawals declined or ignored for 5+ weeks

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice and want to warn other players about Hook Casino (hook.casino).

My situation:

• My account is fully KYC-verified.
• My balance is currently €3,011.25.
• Between 11 and 24 August 2026, at least 8 withdrawal requests (€1,000 each by bank transfer, one of €862.25) were declined with no written reason.
• Only 2 withdrawals went through (13 and 14 August).
• Another €1,000 request submitted on 18 August 2026 has been stuck in "New" status for over 5 weeks and has never been processed.

What I've done:

• Contacted live chat every 2 days. The answer is always the same: "it will be processed." Nothing ever happens.
• Sent a formal written complaint by email on [date], asking for payment within 7 days.
• Sent a final notice on 17.09.26.
• No response at all to either email, not even an acknowledgement.

Evidence I have: screenshots of the full withdrawal history with request IDs, chat transcripts, and copies of both emails.

Hook Casino isn't listed here yet, so I can't file an official complaint. I've asked for it to be added.

Has anyone else had the same experience with this casino? Has anyone managed to get paid, and how? Any advice on the next steps would be appreciated.

To anyone thinking of depositing: be careful. Other reviews online describe exactly the same pattern.

Too bad Hook Casino is not listed here at Askgamblers but thank you for your input - hopefully readers will take note and take heed of your advice.

The casino may be having shortage of funds to make payments, and if that's the case, many other players may also be waiting for their payments.

Since there is no breach of terms or any other accusations put upon you, you just have to wait and be more patient - hopefully, good news may eventually come by.

Thanks for your reply. Since you're a moderator, could you tell me how to request that Hook Casino  be added to AskGamblers? Once it's listed, I'd like to file an official complaint through your Complaint Resolution Service. My balance of €3,011 has been withheld for over 5 weeks with no breach of terms, and the casino has ignored two formal emails, so mediation is really my only option now. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can PM @cocopop3011 and tell her you would like to have Hook Casino listed at Askgamblers.

However, getting any casino registered with Askgamblers is the job of the relevant admin staff, whereas we can only assist you in whatever ways we can.

I can request it but unfortunately, it's not something that just happens that quickly and may never be added.  Have you had any communication at all to say why it's being withheld?
