On September 3rd, I requested a cashout; they paid out 30% to my card and returned 30% to my casino balance. 
They stole the rest. For two weeks, support has been telling me to contact them again in 24 hours—it’s just a never-ending loop. I do not recommend dealing with these scammers.

Next time avoid playing at casinos that do such ridiculous things! 

There 's been one similar case recently with the same withdrawal issue - paid a portion of total claimed, returned to balance the rest - which is ridiculous!
