I want to highlight a manipulative practice by Cactus Casino.

I requested a cashout of 68.51 AZN. Cactus Casino processed only 45 AZN and pushed the remaining 23.51 AZN back into my casino account. They claim their minimum withdrawal limit is 50 AZN, meaning players cannot withdraw their remaining balance unless they deposit more funds or wager it until it disappears.

This isn't about the 23 Manat—it is purely about principle. Cactus Casino uses this tactic to force players back into gambling. A casino that operates like this damages its own reputation and proves it cannot be trusted.

Hi @cocopop3011,

Thank you for looking into this. I have attached the requested screenshot proof showing the complete situation:

1. Withdrawal History: Shows my approved withdrawal request of 68.51 AZN.
2. Official Casino Response: The casino representative explicitly states that amounts under 50 AZN cannot be processed due to payment provider limits. They directly tell me to either "continue playing" or "make a minimal deposit" to reach 50 AZN and withdraw my remaining balance.
3. Cashier Page Limits: Screenshots from both Visa/MC and Crypto (USDT) withdrawal methods clearly showing that the minimum withdrawal limit is strictly hardcoded to 50 AZN, rendering my remaining balance of 23.51 AZN trapped and inaccessible.

This clearly demonstrates how their withdrawal limits force players to either gamble away their remaining funds or deposit more money.

@Elcin1964 What the casino is doing is completely senseless and ridiculous!

You made a withdrawal claim of 68.51 AZN but they paid you only 45 AZN - and they want you to keep on  playing with the remaining balance, or make a new deposit in order to make a new withdrawal! RIDICULOUS!

Avoid playing at this casino again!!!

This is not a trustworthy casino. your case is similar to other cases of players who only received a portion of their winnings. the casino doesn't give anything away for free. even for a no deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit to use the bonus. there are many good casinos out there, why play at this one?

IMG_7067.thumb.png.7b2657abb45696cdd177919cac6e70f1.pngCasino Guru’s "Brilliant" Logic: Your money isn't stolen, it's just stuck! 🤡
The decision Casino Guru reached on my complaint is an absolute circus.
As a player, you follow all the rules, request a withdrawal above the minimum limit, but the casino's own payment provider fails. A portion of the money gets bounced back to your balance, and the casino hides behind "minimum limits" to block manual payout. You escalate this to Casino Guru, only for the mediator to respond with a straight face:
"Yes, you did nothing wrong and your original request was fully within the limits. But hey, the casino didn't confiscate your funds—they are still in your account! We can't hold the casino responsible for provider errors, so complaint closed."
Look at this logic: when your funds get trapped due to the casino's own technical failures, effectively forcing you to either make another deposit or gamble it away, it supposedly doesn't count as withholding money—it's just "sitting in your balance"!
Bravo to Casino Guru for defending player rights by rubber-stamping the casino's childish excuses! 👏🎪

Casino Guru's decision is pure RUBBISH!

When the clause states that the MINIMUM withdrawal limit is 50 AZN, it means any withdrawal amount BELOW 50 AZN would be rejected! Any other amount above 50 AZN should be ACCEPTABLE, up to the daily max withdrawal cap!!!

Exactly! I fully complied with the rules by requesting 68.51 AZN. The fact that Casino Guru excuses a provider failure on the casino's end and lets them trap the remaining balance under 'minimum limit' rules is absurd. Appreciate the support!

It just goes to show that one person's interpretation of any clause or term may differ and may not always be correct!

Dear AskGamblers Team & Moderators,
What’s your official take on Casino Guru’s decision here?
When a player fully complies with the minimum withdrawal limit, but the casino's payment provider fails and leaves the remaining funds trapped on the balance, is it fair for a mediator to excuse the casino and close the complaint?
We would really appreciate hearing your perspective on this "logic"!

Dear AskGamblers Team & Community,

Here is the latest picture from the LCB forum (see screenshot attached):

Cactus Casino tried to blatantly mislead LCB by claiming that I was "satisfied" on the "other website" and that the matter was resolved! 🤥

However, LCB didn't swallow the bait! 🎯 The moment I denied this lie, LCB reopened the inquiry and pressed the casino further.

And the "other website" they referenced turned out to act as a complete collaborator—Casino Guru! 🤝 Casino Guru turned a blind eye to the provider failure and closed the complaint, which Cactus Casino then weaponized to sell lies to LCB.

This perfectly exposes how a mediator's biased ruling becomes a tool for manipulative casinos. Would love to hear your thoughts on this setup!

My advice: Always be aware of other forums or websites - they are NOT ALWAYS on the right side!
