I just checked this guys complaint and he has received his deposit. His deposit was also pending since January.

Had a similar stuck deposit once with another book - if your bank confirms the money landed at the receiver, get that statement line with the UTR/ref number and keep pasting it to their support every time they ask. Payment provider traces are slow but if the funds genuinely arrived they do eventually credit it. Don't make a fresh deposit to 'push' the old one through, that only complicates the trace.
