No they just went a video showing the transaction leaving your account. So you can record that part. This may be an issue you need to take up with your bank if they’ve not actually received the money. Are you sure the amount wasn’t credited back to your bank?

Open your banks app and download your transaction history from the requested period. 

After that open your app again and record the transaction history from that point to the point requested.

If you want your money then you should do it. Otherwise they will not respond further and case will be closed because of your incorporation.

I am 100% sure, amount is deducted from my bank account and never came back

Actually let me explain you more clearly, on 9:58 pm , i initiate transaction of 21000, i successfully paid but that amount returned to my bank immediately

Then I initiate fresh transaction of 21000 on 10:02 pm, and it was deducted successfully and I submitted all the proofs of the dafabet

As blackjax as stated above - you will need to submit what they have requested. I know it's a pain but it'll take just a few minutes. Find the transaction on the screen and record it and submit.

But I am unable to download that old statement 

I tried to download it via mobile banking and WhatsApp banking 

But it's only allowing me Bank statement of last three months

Can you not select the custom date option and download for specific period?

I tried, they are showing error 

I record that video as a proof that I am not lying

The issue is - it’s left your account you can see that, but maybe they haven’t received it and your bank failed to credit it back to your balance. This is why they need to see the transaction so they can investigate whether or not the money did land their side.

Since I am unable to download bank statement of 9 months, what do you suggest me?

 

I had statment of three months from date of deposit, I have sent it them already 

 

But I don't know if they are going to resolve the issue 

 

Their support team is full of idiots, they didn't clearly that situation when I was asking they everyday

Are you trying with PC or phone? 

If its not possible from both then please go to your bank branch and ask them to send you the pdf file. Most banks give it the same day.

Sadly I dont do sports-betting so I cant guide you. But you can go to Askgamblers main site and filter casinos and pick whatever suits you best.

I faced this issue severel times with some sportsbooks..Sometimes the funds sucssefully debited in our account, and not reach the destination account due to some technical issues,,and our bank receives the reversel funds in 14 business days..I dont say 100% this will happen..But this may happen..

No sportsbooks gives bonus with low wagers,,Its a trap to attract customers..Atleast 25x rollover is there,and some say that rollover should reach in casino..
