Withdraw problem

I withdrawal pending in cosmic casino since 18.8.26 they just keep repeating the same thing that I have to wait because of o lot of work and bla bla working hours and so. What should I do?

@David96 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

The casino has informed you that there's a lot of work to be done, probably a long queue in the withdrawal claims, so the best thing is to give it some more reasonable time, maybe even 2 weeks more - then see if there's any new update.

Hi and welcome! It does seem a long time to wait - and as it a large withdrawal?

Yes I have same issue with two different casinos now. 10 days plus. Best thing is to make a compliant here and if you contact their support, be polite.

Next you do is never play there again. Find casino that respect the customers and their own TOS.

Thank you. I have made a complaint for one of the pending withdrawals in the complaint section, and considering making another for the other casino. Also made a post in this section of the forum to see if other players have similar experiences with the same casinos.
