Hi, 

I made a withdrawal of £1600 with video slots. My documents were verified and ive sent in documents requested. Normally my withdrawals have been immediate but this one is still pending. What’s the time frame for withdrawals to be accepted?

Several circumstances may affect the speed or slowness of a withdrawal - it may also be caused by the casino needing to do a thorough scrutinisation of your gameplay and/or account, which may delay things for a week or two.

If it's been only a few days ago that you made your withdrawal, then I would suggest giving the casino a little bit more time to do their work.

Hi @aishah.12 I played at  Videoslots casino for several years, but unfortunately, it no longer accepts players from my country. Back when I played there, withdrawals were processed extremely quickly. I believe that larger withdrawal amounts take a bit longer because they require more verification. It is a trustworthy casino, you will receive your money without any issues.
