So very annoying. @oldernotwiser You don't need a smartphone to play or register at online casinos - simply register using a browser on a pc or laptop, that should work. Maybe you're not trying at the right casinos - crypto casinos usually require mobile transactions so look for normal fiat currency casinos instead. Quote
oldernotwiser Posted Tuesday at 03:53 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 03:53 PM I'm already with Mr Vegas and Videoslots, have been for years. I wanted to try a couple of others - Los Vegas and I forget the other, may have been Betfair. As soon as I entered my ordinary phone number I couldn't proceed because the number was 'not recognised'. If you can still use your old phone to make calls, that could mean the area code has changed - find out what's the new code is then use it before your number. Quote
oldernotwiser Posted Tuesday at 08:48 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 08:48 PM Using someone else's mobile phone number and then the Casino send them a text. Not a good idea. Quote
Maiwen Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Getting a phone number isn't that complicated. If you don't have a personal phone number, you can use the number of a trusted friend. It is rare for a casino to contact you by phone. most online casinos communicate with players via email. Quote
