Danielle T Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hello, I am a new Bovada customer. I deposited $5,000 of my own funds into my account and placed wagers normally. Through my wagering activity, I increased my account balance to approximately $18,000. I subsequently requested a withdrawal of $9,500. Shortly afterward, my account was disabled, and I am currently unable to access my account or my funds. I have already completed the identity and account verification that was requested. The original $5,000 deposit was made using my own funds and my own payment method, and all wagering activity on the account was conducted by me. I have contacted Bovada Customer Service several times to understand the status of my account. I understand that they may not be able to disclose certain internal security or compliance information. I just want to access my funds and someone can help me here? Thank you! Afi4wins 1 Quote
Afi4wins Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago @Danielle T Hi there and welcome to the forum. What did the casino or Live Chat say about your account being disabled? Honestly speaking, it may just be a temporary disablement because of the large withdrawal amount by a new customer - most casinos do this. By disabling your account, it gives the casino time to investigate the matter via a thorough scrutinisation of your account and gameplay. If nothing wrong is found when it's completed, you can then use your account again as usual, and maybe get approval for your withdrawal claim as well. Give it some time for now, probably up to 2 weeks for that investigation to be completed. Keep us updated on anything else new. Quote
