FLIPDUEL IS A CONFIRMED SCAM — using a real company's stolen license/registration details

Posting this so others can avoid it. I've verified this directly with the real company whose identity is being misused, and I have full documentation.

THE CONFIRMATION: Flipduel's Terms of Service claim it's operated by "Famagousta B.V." (Curacao Company No. 152449) with a pending Curacao Gaming Authority license (OGL/2023/155/0098). I looked up that company directly in the Curacao Chamber of Commerce registry and contacted its actual, legitimate corporate director (eMagnus Curacao B.V.). Their legal department confirmed in writing:

  • Famagousta B.V. has NO relationship with Flipduel whatsoever
  • They never authorized Flipduel to use their company name, registration number, or licensing details
  • The Curacao Gaming Authority already issued a public warning (July 20, 2026) about other fraudulent sites doing the exact same thing — stealing real companies' identities to fake legitimacy

In other words: there is no real licensed operator behind Flipduel. The entire regulatory identity on their site is fabricated.

THE MECHANISM: Flipduel runs a standard advance-fee structure disguised as account verification. Once you have a balance and try to withdraw, support introduces a new "final requirement" every time you pay the last one — a "verification" deposit, then a "wallet error" deposit explicitly framed as the last step, then, after that's paid, a brand new "VIP status" deposit demand.

When directly challenged on where any of this appears in their own Terms of Service, support agents admitted in writing — across multiple agents, multiple dates — that these requirements don't exist in their policies and that the information given was false. They demanded the payment anyway. 9 separate withdrawal requests, across both bank card and crypto, were all cancelled.

ACTIONS TAKEN — full paper trail exists for anyone who needs it:

  • Fraud report filed with Banxa (the licensed money transmitter used for funding)
  • Complaint filed with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation
  • Complaint filed with the Curacao Gaming Control Board (updated with the eMagnus confirmation)
  • Report filed with the FBI's IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center)
  • Written demand sent directly to Flipduel's support email

I have complete, timestamped screenshots of every support conversation referenced above, including the written admissions, plus the eMagnus legal department's confirmation letter. Happy to share with anyone building their own report or doing due diligence on this site.

If you're currently going through Flipduel's "verification" process or being asked for a further deposit to unlock a withdrawal — stop. There is no real payout on the other side of it.
