fb_918272774938249 Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 Hi could someone give me advice I self excluded with cmon casino as I have a gambling problem then opened an account with get lucky casino which is the same owners I've lost a lot but it says if you exclude from one casino under Same ownership we will do are best to stop u opening a new account and you will not be allowed to withdraw winnings so am I entitled to get my money back what I lost today? The fact is, if you had won and was in a position to withdraw, this casino would most certainly have denied your request and returned your deposit - therefore, it would only be fair that they do the same thing as you have lost your money. Nevertheless not all casinos choose to play fair Please do let us know what happens here, as situations like this say more about the trustworthiness of a brand than pretty much anything else. It depends too much from the relevant licensing authority and it's requirements and guidance towards self-exclusion matters and policies which its licensees must obey to.
