Been waiting for my payment for 2 weeks now.

They keep on telling me.

I've never heard the term 'welshed' before but I think I know what you mean,

 

Have you sent your verification documents off yet and have they been approved?

 

Obviously we have a complaint system here you can use, but maybe you could shed some more details about what's happened so far before we go down that route?

I am a member of several casinos and haver experienced this before.
