Tsar casino

Hello! I have a General question about chatt supports responsibility. A few days ago I was in contact with chat support with tsar casino. I told them several times a have gambling addiction and problems.  And asked them to close account for that reason. They did not do that. Support only told me i could email support instead but chatt support is also support.  Dont they have the authority to restrict or close my account or dont they need to inform tsar about my problems?  Anyway yesterday i played there again and then went in to chatt again and asked how i was allowed to play since I told them a few days earlier i was in contact with them and told them about it.  I wanted a refund for yesterdays playing since I should not been allowed to play. Support told me to email my refund claim so I did. And then they closed my account and told me there Will be no refund. That took 3 minutes for them to Come up with that answer. Do I have riggt for a refund from yesterday playing? I mean support must have been taking my problems seriously or chatt personal dont bother to inform tsar?

First of all, Live Chat services may not be from the casino itself - it may be an outside resource, so they are not capable of doing many things. They told you to write to the casino's Support Team and request for closure of your account, which they did after you had written officially to them.

About a refund of your deposits, it may depend on Tsars casino discretion to give it or not. You may also file an official complaint using Askgamblers AGCCS facility to try and get a refund from the casino.
