Hi...I need some feedback

I live in Tennessee where they just made online casinos illegal.  I went to see a friend that lives in Ky ( where it is legal ) and decided to try my luck. I ended up winning alittle over 1300. When I went to redeem the casino told me that I had to verify ( I already had months ago) and that I could not redeem because I lived in Tennessee. I was under the impression that they had to go by the laws of whatever state I was in. Can someone tell me what I can do to mayne get my winnings. Thanks in advance w.

Hopefully someone here with better knowledge of gambling laws in the US can give you some advice or comments.

I am already verified. Everything i have read says they should go off the state I am in. Sports betting does.  Ty. I appreciate you responding

If you are already  verified you might be okay - what's happening  with it at the moment?

Hi....they have emailed me. They said that when you are out of state that you can play but as far as redeeming it has to be done manually.  He said they are still working on it. Ots been almost 2 weeks
