Rejected Complaint - Ruby Slots

Hello - my complaint was rejected due to the online casino not being listed on dropdown menu to lodge a choose from. However, many complaints are shown as being resolved for other users.

So what name needs to be chosen on the complaint form, in order for me to receive help.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find Ruby Slots casino anywhere at Askgamblers. If it is not listed, then I'm afraid you are not able to submit your complaint using the AGCCS facility.

You will need to use the casino's ADR provider, if provided, or complain directly to the Licensing Authority.

As Afi stated above, we cannot accept complaints that are not listed on the site unfortunately. we can try and help you in there forum though. What is the issue please?
