I tried to withdraw £2,000, but for three weeks I couldn't get through the verification process. Every time, they rejected my original bank statement as proof of deposit and my original PDF electricity bill, without giving any reason. But that's not even the worst part. Each time they rejected my verification, my withdrawal was also rejected and the funds were returned to my casino balance. To request another withdrawal, I had to wait four days because the daily withdrawal limit was only £500. This went on for three weeks until I eventually gave up and lost the money, which is probably what they were hoping for. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online casino. Afi4wins Posted July 15 Posted July 15 @analincs Hi there and welcome to the forum. Winwinter27 casino is not listed at Askgamblers, so is it a casino for UK players only? Quote
analincs Posted July 15 Author Posted July 15 I think it's international. I'm not sure, but they're definitely scammers—a kind of subtle scam. Quote
marvin225 Posted July 16 Posted July 16 just heard that casino. Report it now I hope you still withdraw your funds Quote
cristalbenaim Posted July 16 Posted July 16 If they refused original bank statements and utility bills, they should explain exactly what was wrong with them. I’d keep every rejection email/chat screenshot and push the complaint with the full timeline Quote

A proper casino should clearly tell the player what document is missing or what needs to be corrected instead of making the process endless. I would definitely keep all emails and screenshots because this kind of timeline is important if you decide to file a complaint somewhere. Hopefully you still have a chance to recover the funds.
