I haven’t had that exact issue, but if Jackpot Hunt isn’t triggering/loading properly I’d first check whether it works in another casino or demo version. If it only fails at one casino, it’s probably something they need to escalate to the provider. I’d send support a screenshot/video, time of the session, game name, and device/browser info so they can’t just give the usual “clear cache” answer.
