I've been playing Immortal Romance 2 (and the original) for months and suddenly my progress has reset. Although it's annoying on the original it has real consequences on Immortal Romance 2 because you build up each individual Jackpot and I have spent months to get Sarah to the ×1500 payout, Micheal to the ×200 and Troy to ×75 and now all 3 have reset to ×29, ×10 and ×6. Surely this is totally unfair gaming as I have spent a fortune building this up. Is thas allowed and what can I do to raise this issue with the relevant people as I don't believe it is a site (smooth spins) issue. I think it's to do with the actual game fairness. Any suggestions appreciated thanks
