Promotion changed terms?

What do you do if a casino changed the dates of their promotion after it was supposed to be closed?

You should check Terms&Condition's. 

 

I think Casino can changed their T&C's anytime without previous announcement so I guess the same goes for bonus promo but let's wait others to answer your question.

Thanks for that it wasn't a bonus it was a draw with 50 prize winners that was to close on the 7th and winners informed on the 8th. Contacted them on the 8th and was told winners would be notified over that weekend , then that evening the same promotion reappears on their site with the closing date changed to the 12tg, I raised the question with online support but couldn't get explanation

so the result could be changed in the prolonged time...? looks as if there was less than the minimum calculated profit with that promo. :-D

No doubt it's bad practice and you can punish them by closing your account and telling them via email because it's obvious they changed these terms and end date in order to get much more cash from the players pocket and it just not FAIR!!!!!!!

What irritated me was that the cop manager when I contacted him gave me a dumb answer answer implying that I was stupi

I think I have to agree here that I too would be annoyed if I took part only to learn that the date had then been extended decreasing my chances of winning a prize.

 

What exactly have live chat said when you raised the issue with them?

Ahh okay! It does surprise me that Mr Green Casino couldn't give you a satisfactory answer, in my experience their support has always been good.

 

I assume you didn't win a prize?
