mrleijtenigor70 Posted June 17, 2016 Share Posted June 17, 2016 in 27-06- 2016 I deposited 5 TIMES after i get greenlight and my account was postitive verified ( did took me a week and 8 emails) with leo vegas and won €1005,- when withdrawing i was asked twice to send in vitrification documents. even though these were confirmed as verified no winnings paid and after speaking to customer services dozens of times i had an email from Leo Vegas telling me that I won't get my winnings and no refund will be issued. I sent the details to an adjudicator and on 10/5/2016 had an email from leo vegas informing me that they would now be processing my payment. I then had to send in even more verification documents which I did, they again confirmed that these were ok and my payment had been sent to the relevant department for processing, i have sent more emails requesting details but keep getting told my request was with the relevant department for payment processing. All i want is my money which I have waited nearly a year for so far. why does this casino treat people like this, I have used paddy power and other sites for years and have never had any problems. After sending me multiply emails with everytime the withdrawl was send to Leovegas payment department, i get out of the middle a email that i have more accounts, but i asked before i deposit and offcourse when the positive verified my account ,that it was save for me to deposit and i can alway,s cashout, yes Leovegas told me ,they say the first casinoaccount from me :mrleijtenigor70 , was the one i have to use for deposits and withdrawls!!! And now they don,t keep worth and they don,t want to cashout my hoinest and before asked withdrawlble winnings of €1005,- !!!!!! this is most bullshit i ever heard and i play 30 years online. 1) They verified positive my casinoaccount:mrleijtenigor70 2)They told me persenol by phone and email that it was save to deposit ,i always ask this before i deposit. 3)They make the deal i can deposit and withdrawl with that one casinoaccount:mrleijtenigor70. 4)First i was emailed a week where my money was , and they say mke i think 5 times, it was send to the leovegas payout department. 5)Thenn very important they verified my casinoaccount positive after i made the withdrawl of €1005,- !!! 6)Everytime a other lie from Leovegas casino, first not good copy,s of the documents, Then 5 times told me it was sending and laying at the payout department. And then out of the dark, after Leovegas casino positive verified my casino account ,they come with the lie i have not spoken with them about the multiply accounts, i specially told them before deposits that they closed the other one,s and they let my first casino account :mrleijtenigor70 open and they told me by phone and email (i got proof) it was no problem that i can use that one and offcourse also can cashout when i win !!! i want offcourse my €1005,- what i won with a good verified casinoaccount by Leovegas casino themself. Why the ***** shell i deposit in a casinoaccount when they told me i cannot withdrawl winnings. And why the ***** verified Leovegas casino my casinoaccount:mrleijtenigor70 POSITIVE!!! It's quite hard to understand your post but from what I gather you've been told you have multiple accounts right? Could you clarify this before we discuss further?
