Withdrawal problem

Hello,
I am a very old player of Betobet casino where I have already made many deposits and withdrawals. However, my last withdrawal only arrived in 10 days. 
It has been 10 days since my current withdrawal and nothing has happened. I have already written them several emails but I always only received an automatic response that they will forward it to the competent department.
And there is also the fact that I tried to make a deposit while my withdrawal was in progress but it did not allow it and I received an error message that says to contact support.
If nothing happens, then I will contact the gambling supervision, and of course I will write on all forums what happened to me.
Has anyone else had a similar experience at Betobet?

idk if u heard abt @PlayCashy Justice Fund but ppl keep bringing it up whenever casinos don't pay out. from what i read, u just submit proof on their site and if cashy verifies everything they could compensate u on behalf

ah u can check their twitter.. i just also saw it on my fyp, seems like they want to video call so they can show a proof to the public too that they have been paying claims from other casinos

can you still contact their support? Always follow up on your withdrawal request
