Bovada is NOT paying customers! I have it in writing from them! See below!

Recommended Posts

Below is the email I received after 3 weeks of waiting. I contacted them and they say I have to go through the process again with no guarantees of any payment.

Bill

We are contacting you with regard to your withdrawal request via Visa Fast Funds with reference number xxxxxxxxx in the amount of $300.00 which was processed on May 09.

Due to ongoing technical issues with our payment provider, the Visa Fast Funds withdrawal method is temporarily unavailable. Although we anticipate that we will resume processing withdrawals via this method in the future, your pending withdrawal Is cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your continued patience. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team should you have any questions regarding your account.

Sincerely,

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Unfortunately, you are just one out of the many players having serious troubles with Bovada recently. :(

We have already had a discussion dedicated on this issue, you can read  and share your experience there:

Bovada not paying - Payment now received

Here you can check Bovada's complaints history at AskGamblers - http://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/bovada-casino-casino-review/complaints

As you can see there are so many other players reporting exactly the same issue as you did. The good news however is that Bovada started clearing out these issues and even though it took them ages to pay out, better late than never. :)

  • 2 weeks later...

Had the exact same issue, they did eventually pay. It took around 2 weeks due to the visa fast funds issue. Then on my second withdrawal used bitcoin in the last week hoping it would be faster. In fact I asked them first if it would be faster since I was already verified, etc. The good news is using bitcoin they did pay out faster, but it was still outside their processing window by a few days. I expected bitcoin to take 15 minutes but took around 4 days. Still glad they paid in the end, so no serious complaints.

My situation took a turn for the worse, I posted separately on this new situation. After the above partial withdrawal (my second withdrawal - still money left in the account/no bonus) they froze my account with no explanation for days, despite ongoing calls, senseless emails, etc. Anyway I went into a lot of detail in a new post so I won't beat a dead horse here. It involves both Bovada and Slots. lv which are very much the same I have learned the hard way.

I know my advice would be difficult to follow, but... Try to remain calm, don't let the negative experience and emotions get over you and arm yourself with patience. Cannot guarantee, but based on my experience working with them on solving complaints here, I believe you will be paid although it takes longer than expected, promised and should any withdrawal take.

I have learned not to expect the money as quick as they say when making the withdrawal, so that helps a bit. Have not yet heard from Bovada a few days after the most recent bitcoin withdrawal but hoping I don't have to call them again. Usually they want to talk about it first but only during their business hours etc and long holds with no answers in the end. So I am trying to forget about it and see if it goes through in a few days.

With bitstarz paying in 10 minutes for bitcoin its hard to settle for 4 days with Bovada, but as you said, remaining calm and not expecting it soon is the solution. For those new to it of course when they say 15 minutes you think its true. I have learned. The only ones so far that have been fast for me are 7bit and bitstarz. I have tried bovada, slots. lv, and the two mentioned, as well as bitcoin casino. Bitcoin casino is probably fast to withdraw but I never got to try due to some bonus issues but it is a nice look and feel casino, and easy to deposit.
