PLZ4THEKIDS Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 I thought that myself , I literally have only been depositing since 20th April, only ever with one debit card registered to me , had a withdrawal of £6.5k around 26th April , deposited few more times then playing a slot game on the bank holiday Monday we just had and got my balance up to £60k so withdrew I've already mentioned the identification I've sent in and all matches up to myself Skyvegas are being complete idiots , customer service is appalling , still waiting for an email reply from the security dept from a week ago telling them there not getting my partners statements - no reply in a week! Sky Vegas is a great operator, with a great reputation and I'm pretty sure your issue will be resolved in a timely manner. Maybe not here, maybe with their official ADR provider IBAS, but I have no doubts it will be resolved. Meanwhile, take a 10-minute break and read this guide. I bet it will help you. PLZ4THEKIDS Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 Sorry if that's not allowed Just a quick read of reviews on the web show me that maybe not such a great operator after all I've kept all chat logs and emails etc so have proof how rude some of there chat advisors have been to me I'm a genuinely nice person and treat everyone with respect but I'm really loosing my patience with these lot My emails go unanswered and most chat reps tell You complete different info to the next , I've even been told there was no Complaints procedure by one advisor! I've asked to speak to management told no , asked for s manager to email told no Come on here and you can clearly see whoever was speaking for sky Vegas told lies and said my issue was resolved when it's not , they also said they don't comment on public forums but most other casinos do and I've seen skyvegas comment on other problems I have not heard anything from them For over a week I've read your guide and it's really good by the way but the way I'm being treated is not fair Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
