Wdocta
Ok im relatively new to online gambling but really am enjoying playing all the different casinos when im bored and have just been signing up and using no deposit bonus money for a bit of fun. I have 2 main email addresses that i use for everything one personal one is my work email. Ok so i just signed up to ragingbull and a few others today and used their 65 No Deposit bonus and after playing a few different games at ragingbull i won a jackpot $3700!! I am so excited as its the first time ive won anything ever! Ok so my question is it says my playthrough amount is $1900 So to withdraw do i have to deposit , if so how much would b best? Also in trying to read terms and conditions it says that u can only have one account and to my horror i realised that i had signed up with them the day before with my other email account at work. Does this mean i wont be able to claim my jackpot? Or can i close other account somehow ? I hope someone knowledgible in this type of circimstance can tell me what i need to do to collect some of my winnings! Thank you in advance Wdocta

I'm afraid I'm about to be the bearer of bad news! Since you are playing with a no deposit bonus you are bound to a maximum cashout. In this case the maximum cash out is $100. This means once you have met the wagering requirements you'll only be able to withdraw a maximum of $100 regardless of what your balance is. You'll need to make a deposit like you mentioned in order to verify yourself. I've checked the terms it doesn't specify the exact amount but I imagine it to be around $25. You can check this with live chat though. Also only players from the following countries can withdraw from a no deposit bonus: Then when it comes to your multiple accounts you may also have a problem with this. Did you claim and play the no deposit bonus on your other account? helenakp and ValDes
Wdocta
Thank you for your reply yes i did claim and play the no deposit bonus i believe but it was purely accidental as i really dont keep track of which casinos or offer ive played as there are so many. And most of the bigger casinos ive noticed recognise my details if ive already been there even if im using my home email address and just tell me i cant. Im happy to deposit as ive deposited thousands playing at Spin Palace and never won a thing! Lol please advise what u think best course of action.. Afi4wins
So is that 100 withdrawal total? Ever? Even if i deposit and keep playing etc? Hi there Wdocta! Firstly, if the casino checks and realise that you have a duplicate account with them, all your winnings may either be disqualified, voided or confiscated! If you're real lucky, they may miss this fact, somehow, but your maximum withdrawal remains at $100 as stipulated in their T&C. I'm surprised that you've already spent thousand of dollars but have not taken any casino's T&C seriously! Oh man, when it comes to gambling online, at any online casinos, reading up and checking up on their terms and conditions are vitally critical!!! It's a MUST! So many new players have been caught out by unknowing T&Cs, losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in their winnings! Yes, even Jackpot winnings! So, everything isn't looking bright at all for you mate! Sorry to say! But take this as a very painful important lesson for you! Afi4wins
Oh, one more thing! DON'T MAKE A WITHDRAWAL YET! Let the money be in your account and wait for confirmation from the casino. Check with their Live Chat support for a faster response. If they confirmed that you can only withdraw a maximum of $100, then PLAY THAT MONEY FIRST, until you are left with just $100 before making your deposit to make that withdrawal! Why waste all that money just like that right? Might as well HAVE FUN before it gets removed! cocopop3011

Even if i deposit and keep playing etc? As Afi posted that 100 max withdrawal will stand even if you were to make a deposit and keep playing. The max withdrawal will only go away once your balance reaches zero and you deposit and start playing again with a free bonus. But as Afi also advised you I'd be very careful making a deposit here knowing you have a multiple account. If it was me I'd tell support I opened a duplicate account by mistake and hope they cancel one for you. I certainly wouldn't be depositing until I at least know the other account has been cancelled and they can't throw it at you at a later date.
