I do see that we have several 'past' complaints for this casino though, mostly money related. I'm not sure if any of our members here can help with their own experience but if you'd like to tell us a bit about the problem we may be able to offer some advice? I believe there was a pretty clear explanation included into the email sent by our system which clarifies why your complaint has been rejected. The reason is quite simple actually, we don't accept complaints against casino brands which are not listed on our Casino Directory. We tried offering complaints service for such operators in the past, but it didn't work out at all and we wasted precious time instead of focusing on cases where we know whom we are dealing with and of course, could help.
