Hi could someone give me some advice I had an account with 888 casino that I asked them to close because I was betting to much I made another account with 777 casino not knowing they where the same people I deposited £80 not knowing that if I had won I wouldn't be able to withdraw as I asked for an account to be closed with the same company would I be able to request my £80 back is I wouldn't even been able to withdraw if I had won

Sorry mate i didn't know about this casino cause it's restricted to my country but anyway, did you contact the representatives of both sister casinos? Did you read their terms and condition before? Try to read it first so that it can resolve the problem that's the first "aid" of the casino troubleshooting read, think, then ask.

I imagine that yes you will be able to get your deposit back on this occasion due to the circumstances. Have you requested this back from the casino yet?

Just wanted to ask if you have a separate account one with 888 one with 777 is that allowed as there the same company? Just checking in advance to see if I'll get my money back as I've read people have run and they won't pay because 2accounts same company

Are you referring to Casino 777? I've just checked and these aren't part of the Cassava Enterprises Casinos?

888 casino and 777 casino are owned by same company not sure company name but the same login works for both just wanted to make sure I have 2 accounts but says can't have 2acconts and they have the right to stop winnings so does that mean I would get my £80pound back as I wouldn't of been able to win?
