I'll try and explain as easy as I can.

 

These numbers are hypothetical.....

 

I deposit 100 and get 100 bonus with a 30xb requirement. Max bet 5 or 10% of bonus.

 

At the Same time casino gives me 50 free spins that must be played first.

All winning from free spins have 60x requirement with 100 max win and max bet of 5 or 10% of bonus amount. Lower amount applies.

 

So.... I deposited 100 and got 50 free spins and 100 bonus all at once.

 

Casino states play free spins first so I do. I win 10

I finished free spins. No my 100% match bonus is active and the 10 I won is pending.

 

I play and play and one more spin at 2 will complete the 100% match bonus.

 

Once that is completed, the free spin bonus winnings bonus becomes active

 

I accidentally bet 2 not knowing I completed requirement for the 100%.

 

I make three bets of 2 thus violating the max 10% of the free spin max bet which was 1 allowed which is 10% of the 10 bonus that got activated after completion of the 100% match bonus.

 

If my balance was 1000 after completion of the first bonus, it's mine. They can't touch it.

 

But here is where I think something is fishy...... Apparently I violated bonus 2 terms.... So what if I continued playing at 10% max bet of that second free spin bonus which was 10.

 

Let's say I played and respected that rule after accidentally betting over the 10%.

 

If I win 200 and they have a max winning of 100 because it's from free spins. Do they steal the rest??

 

It does not make sense.

Got 48 bonus

Got 50 free spins and played them first. Win 6.45

Played with balance of 48+96+6.45 and 30x48 bonus was active

 

Got balance to 1700 and after completing requirement of about 1500, the free spin bonus kicked in. I made three 3$ bets this violating that free spin bonus. Didn't win. How am I supposed to know it kicked in??? Are they crazy???

 

Now..... I let games run at 60 cents for about 1000 spins. My balance got to 1400 and all bonuses were complete.

 

I do not understand how a casino can have bonus terms like this.

 

Luckily I did not hit big after my 30xb requirement was complete.

 

My withdrawal has been pending for three days so far. Week ends I guess.

 

Am I the only only one who thinks this is not normal?

What! That is absolutely ridiculous! There is no way you'd know when the wagering requirement for each bonus is complete!

 

Why on earth do you have to play the free spins first but wager the winnings for the free spins after the bonus wagering. Sounds pathetic.

its ridiculous. inhad a high balance. 1700 and completed original deposit bonus. what if i would have won 10000 seconds after completing original bonus? they would claim bonus violation because bet was more than 10% and then max win of 100 or double the bonus. 

 

this is a scam. there is no other word for it.
